PasskeyPilot: terms of use
Version 2026-10-10. Applies to use from this date; it does not retrospectively remove rights under an earlier purchase.
1. Who provides this site
Tradescore Labs is the trading brand used by the current operator, Will Flanagan. It is not described here as an incorporated company. The existing contact is support@tradescorelabs.com. Complete business correspondence details must be supplied and the support route verified before paid sales reopen.
2. What you can use
This site provides general technology guides and planning tools. Verify instructions against the manufacturer and your own setup before changing security or electrical equipment. It does not guarantee that a device or account is secure.
Basic is free during the introductory period, with up to 10 private notes per site where account notebooks are available. The end date will be announced before this offer changes. No card is needed and free access never converts automatically to a paid subscription. Medium and Premium are coming soon and cannot be purchased.
Use only the features actually available on this site. A membership for one site does not include all Tradescore Labs sites unless an offer expressly says so. Roadmap items and demonstrations are not included benefits. Information may become outdated; source dates and original links help you check it.
3. Accounts, ages and access
Keep access to your sign-in account secure. Do not share another person's credentials or attempt to access their records. Account features are intended for people aged 13 or above and must also meet any higher minimum age or consent requirement that applies locally. Paid purchases, if reopened, will require an adult aged 18 or above. A return from checkout alone does not establish paid access; payment must be verified.
4. Fair and lawful use
Do not upload unlawful content, infringe rights, harass others, submit fraudulent claims, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls or deliberately disrupt the service. Ordinary personal use of the available tools is permitted. If access must be restricted for misuse or a security issue, we will explain the reason and provide a way to challenge an error where lawful and practicable. Restrictions do not remove refund or other rights the law provides.
5. Prices, trials and future offers
No paid trial or automatic trial conversion is currently offered. Before any future purchase, the offer must state the exact features, total price and currency, applicable taxes, billing frequency, renewal or expiry, cancellation process, refund conditions and trader contact details. An optional marketing message must not be treated as consent to a charge. A non-renewing pass expires after its stated period; a recurring plan requires explicit agreement to renewal.
6. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
For any existing recurring agreement, use the account billing portal to cancel future renewal. If that does not work, contact support with the site and order reference; never send a full card number. Cancellation of renewal is different from a refund request. A fixed-term pass does not renew automatically. These statements do not override the purchase confirmation or mandatory consumer rights.
Consumers may have a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period, including 14-day rights for many UK and EU distance contracts. Eligibility, timing, early service performance and digital-content exceptions depend on the transaction and applicable law. We do not assume that opening an account, using a free tool or accepting these terms waives those rights. Report a defective or misdescribed paid service and request the remedy available under applicable law. Any future checkout must provide the relevant withdrawal instructions and a durable contract confirmation before relying on an exception.
7. Your content and privacy
You retain ownership of your notes and drafts. Provide only information you are entitled to use. We use submitted content as needed to provide the feature you request; these terms do not grant ownership of your content or permission to sell it. Avoid saving sensitive identity, payment, medical or confidential information in general-purpose notes. Account notes are access-controlled but are not represented as end-to-end encrypted. See this site's privacy information for the data it handles. You can delete notes through the account tools where available and request help with access or deletion through support. Required billing records may need to be retained.
Optional analytics
Where the analytics prompt is shown, Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures visits and selected feature use and receives routine device and browsing information. Our events do not include notebook text, form contents or account email. Your preference is stored in your browser. Use Analytics settings to withdraw consent; declining does not restrict free tools. Site visits and necessary service requests may also appear in hosting security logs.
8. Copyright and outside services
Artist names, publisher material, trademarks and linked services belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement. Follow the licence and attribution stated for each asset. You may use the tools for their intended purpose, but these terms do not grant a licence to republish third-party photos, videos, recordings or articles. Links lead to services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Tell support the exact URL and the rights involved if you believe material should be corrected or removed.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service usable but cannot promise uninterrupted access or perfectly current information. Export important notes where that feature is available. We may maintain, correct or improve the site. A material reduction to a paid service must be handled consistently with the contract and applicable consumer remedies, rather than being justified by a general right to change these terms. Significant future changes will be explained with an effective date.
10. Responsibility and your legal rights
Nothing here excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer remedies. We do not impose a blanket waiver, forced arbitration, an unlimited customer indemnity or a rule that every purchase is non-refundable. Responsibility for a particular loss is determined by the applicable law and circumstances.
11. Complaints and international users
Contact support with the affected site, a description of the problem and an order reference if relevant. Do not include passwords, full payment details or unnecessary sensitive documents. You retain access to the courts, regulators and dispute-resolution routes available under applicable law. Your country's mandatory protections may apply even when this site is operated elsewhere. These terms do not promise that every feature or future paid offer is suitable or available in every country.
12. Before paid services resume
Paid offers remain unavailable while the operator completes business-contact disclosures, feature verification, support and cancellation arrangements, and review of the markets to be served. These terms are not a certification of worldwide legal compliance.
